A simple soup using up some left over mash potatoes and enriching the flavour with garlic and cheese.

Preparation

  1. For the Mushroom, garlic and cheese soup:

    • Place the water in a pan and bring to the boil.
    • Whisk in the KNORR Classic Mushroom Soup mix and simmer for 3 minutes.
    • Add the double cream, mash, KNORR Professional Garlic Puree and grated cheese then simmer for 2 minutes.
    • Blend until smooth and serve.
