  • Honey 50.0 g
  • Skewerswooden - 20 20.0 g

Those chicken skewers are great in taste, which comes from their special marinade made of the COLMAN'S Wholegrain Mustard and lemon juice. You can serve them with a fresh dip with herbs.

Preparation

  1. For the marinade:

    • Mix the garlic, honey, COLMAN’S Wholegrain Mustard and lemon juice together then pour over the chicken, cover and chill until needed.

  2. For Service

    • Thread the chicken on to wooden skewers then on to a char grill or BBQ and cook for 10-12 min. or until thoroughly cooked.
    • Turn over half way through and drizzle over the remaining honey.
