Hellmann’s 5L Professional Sample Promotion - Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is open to UK caterers only and their employees aged 18 or over from pubs, bars and inns, hotels, restaurants, care homes, where customers are eating onsite, takeaway or delivery.
2. The following are excluded from the Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Employees must obtain their employer’s consent to enter.
3. To sign up for a 5L sample of Hellmann’s Professional Mayonnaise:
a. Complete and submit the online form at [insert link] with your: first name; last name; email address; employer’s name; employer’s address
b. Tick the box to ensure you accept the Terms & Conditions. There is an option to tick a box to opt-in to Unilever marketing communications, which is not mandatory.
4. The opening date to claim your sample via the online form is midnight on 01.03.2025 and the closing date to claim will be midnight on 01.05.2025, or when all 600 samples have been claimed, whichever comes first.
5. One sample per person, per email address and per catering establishment. Samples will be delivered to UK addresses only.
6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted submissions will be accepted. Submissions will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
7. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
8. Responsibility is not accepted for submissions lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
9. If a sample is out of stock, this will be made clear on the online form by stating either ‘No longer available’ or ‘Out of stock’. The breakdowns of each sample are as follows:
10. On the following pages you will enter your postal details. Samples will endeavour to be dispatched within 1 week of claiming. However, if unforeseen delays occur, this may delay dispatching for up to 4 weeks.
11. The sample is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Samples are not transferable.
12. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the sample/bundle for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. If we cannot fulfil the sample/bundle, any postage paid by the consumer will be refunded.
13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, [Brakes, Twitter / Facebook / Instagram]. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter. Entrants release [Brakes, Facebook / Instagram] from all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the Promotion.
14. The Promoter, Unilever, reserves the right to terminate this sampling campaign early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.
15. Unilever also reserves the right to verify each winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address, and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right in our sole and reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant who: (a) we have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; and/or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion.
16. Entrants’ personal data collected for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents will be handled in accordance with Promoter’s privacy notice, available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/global-english.html.
17. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
